During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-equipped rooms. The location was also a major advantage, with easy access to major shopping malls and public transit options. I particularly enjoyed the festive atmosphere in the surrounding area, with street vendors and food stalls adding to the holiday spirit.
While my overall experience was positive, I did have some minor issues with the limited selection of bathroom toiletries and the slow service at the restaurant. However, these were relatively minor inconveniences that did not detract significantly from my enjoyment of my stay.

Hotel was situated adjacent to tourist destinations like Rainbow Shopping Mall. It was set within 20 minutes walk to the Fanshen subway station. We enjoyed the fact that we chose capital plaza. Free parking on site was provided.

The hotel had a 24hr restaurant, which was a huge relief since I arrived late at night. The staff were friendly and spoke English, which was a nice surprise. The rooms were clean and well-stocked. The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation. I also enjoyed the outdoor pool, it was a nice place to relax and cool off.
The building itself looked a bit dated and some areas had a musty smell. Smoking was allowed throughout the hotel, even on the non-smoking floors, which was unpleasant for a non-smoker like me.
